This is the part that is genuinely hard to find. Most houses in San Juan that sleep twelve sit well back from the water. This one is under a minute’s walk from the sand, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Nobody has to be the designated driver, and nobody is stuck at the house.
What it costs, compared
Twelve people in hotel rooms in Condado is a serious number. A whole house with a full kitchen, a washing machine and parking is usually a fraction of it, and you can cook breakfast for everyone rather than paying for twelve breakfasts.
