Where exactly is the villa?
In the Condado and Santurce district of San Juan, half a block from the beach. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, Old San Juan is a short drive west, and the airport is about fifteen minutes east. It is a residential neighborhood rather than a resort strip, which is rather the point.
How do I book, and how do I pay?
Booking is direct with your host. Send your travel dates by email and Michael will confirm availability and next steps with you personally. There is no account to create and no platform in the middle.
What time is check-in?
All arrival, check-in and stay details are confirmed with you directly at the time of booking, so you know exactly what to expect before you fly. If your flight lands early or late, tell Michael and he will work around it where he can.
What is provided?
Five bedrooms and four bathrooms sleeping twelve, with two king beds, three full beds and one queen. Air conditioning throughout. Shampoo, conditioner and soap in every bathroom. A full kitchen with stove and refrigerator, a washing machine, an iron, Wi-Fi and parking. A baby crib is available on request.
Do I need a car?
Not for a beach-focused stay. You can walk to the sand and to dinner, and taxis and rideshares cover the rest. If you are planning day trips to El Yunque or the east coast, a rental for a few days makes sense, and there is parking available.
Can I get local recommendations?

Can you arrange extras?
A private chef, island tours, airport transfers and help with longer or special-occasion stays are all available on request. Services are arranged separately and paid directly to the provider, and there is no charge for the help arranging them. Ask as early as you can, ideally when you book.
